Enter Adventure Texas™ to be immersed in a different world with each village you set foot in. We will have more villages open for exploration, and are also working hard to create thrilling attractions for visitors to enjoy.
Current Attractions
Each of the villages is themed with references to different towns. You can find a go kart track, rides, hotels, shopping stalls, a recreational vehicle (RV) park, and a miniature golf course for you to enjoy when you visit our theme park.
Phase One Features
Adventure Texas™, a member of esteemed amusement park associations, is developing Adventure Texas—a groundbreaking project in central Texas.
Spanning 2,000 acres, Adventure Texas will feature themed villages, an amusement park, museums, a family adventure center and much more.
Offering Various Attractions and Activities
Tenants will benefit from the potential income through film-related activities and behind-the-scenes aspects. Attractions like Waco's The Walking Dead filming locations draw 10,000 weekly visitors and demonstrate our ability to generate traffic.
By uniting businesses in themed villages, we can amplify their impact and ensure mutual success. Villages will offer diverse businesses such as shops, restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, and theme-appropriate rides.
With Villages That Boast Different Features
Each village will have a unique mix of businesses, accommodating special events like weddings, meetings, and family gatherings. Some villages will feature replica historic buildings, providing an immersive experience.
Independent businessmen will operate village businesses and have the option to live above their establishments. Lease rates will be competitive, reflecting our commitment to fostering success rather than excessive fees.
Reliable Security and Medical Solutions
Tenants will enjoy 24-hour on-site security, medical services, and a dedicated fire protection service. Each village will have its own association, led by a mayor representing it in communications with other villages and the parent corporation.
A business advisor will provide guidance on government programs supporting small businesses. While tenants retain operational freedom, we encourage following park standards and the village theme to enhance the overall experience, encouraging repeat visits.

Certain villages will include functional churches, schools, and multi-floor buildings with upper-floor condominiums, providing unique living conditions and built-in customers for on-site businesses.
A comprehensive transportation system will serve visitors and tenants, ensuring convenience. Support for on-site businesses will be available 24/7.
Phase and Feature Development Stages
Adventure Texas™ will be developed in phases. The initial phase has Indian Gap—an Old West-themed village—along with miniature golf, an arcade, a driving range, an R/C operating area, a go-cart track, batting cages, kiddie rides, and an events area.
Our goal is the no matter what your interests are we will have something here for you to come and see throughout the year, attracting visitors worldwide and benefiting the local community through job creation, business development, and tax contributions.
